Financial Inclusion Lab
In 2018, I participated in the inaugural Financial Inclusion Lab cohort run by the Bharat Inclusion Initiative.
The programme focused on financial products and services for underserved communities in India. My work there sharpened how I think about product design under constraints: uneven connectivity, fragmented workflows, limited trust, regulatory obligations, and the difference between technical availability and practical access.
Those questions continue to matter in my work on financial-services AI and industrial systems. A system is useful only when the people responsible for it can understand, operate, and recover it in the environment where it is deployed.
